Cab-A-Ruta
1 small onion chopped
1 small cabbage, shredded
1 small rutabaga, diced
Chicken broth
Sautee cabbage and onion in bacon grease or a lighter oil.. set aside..
Cook rutabaga's in chicken broth (just cover rutabaga's) cook until tender, adding this to the cabbage.
Season with salt & pepper to taste..Simmer until both vegetables are
desired doneness.
