    INGREDIENTS:

    1 square lime jelly
    100ml water
    juice of 2 large limes
    200ml tequila

    Recipe



    PREPARATION:

    1. Dissolve the jelly tablet in the water over a gentle heat. Transfer the mixture to a jug, add the lime juice and allow to cool.
    2. Stir in the tequila and divide the mixture evenly between eight standard-sized shot glasses. Chill in the refrigerator until set.

    3. Garnish with lime slices and allow the jellies to soften at room temperature for about 30 minutes before downing.
