I tried this recipe for the first time with Bob and Kellie. Uncle Barr liked this until he was told there was avacado in it.





List of Ingredients



• 1 cup finely minced red onion
  
• 3 Tblsp fresh lime juice
  
• 2 ripe avacado
  
• 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  
• 2 cups corn (niblets)
  
• 1 cup diced tomato
  
• 1 tsp cumin
  
• 1/2 tsp salt
  
• 3 Tblsp chopped cilantro
  






Instructions



1. Mix all together and serve with tortilla chips.
