Bleu Cheese Dressing and Dip

Recipe Introduction
Andrea has been making this for several years and Marnie and I are both addicted to it. It always goes well with fresh vegetables. We ask her to make it for us all the time.
List of Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp frsh minced garlic
- 1 1/4 cup mayo
- 4 to 6 oz Danish Bleu , crumbled
- (1/4 cup half and half if making a dressing for salad)
Instructions
- Whisk together all ingredients, except bleu cheese, and mix thoroughly.
- Stir in the bleu cheese.
- Use up to 1 Tblsp of fresh garlic for garlic lovers.
- Makes 2 1/2 to 3 cups.

Marnie and I could dive right into this at times.
