A quick and easy receipe. Darby made this during cooking lessons with virtually no help.
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham or oreo crumbs
1/3 cup margarine
3/4 cup boiling water
1 lg pkg strawberry jello
1 cup eagle brand milk
1/3 cup Reallemon lemon juice
1 pkg frozen strawberries
3 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 pt whipping cream-whipped or 1/2 lg container coolwhip
Recipe
Combine crumbs and melted marg. Pat into a 9 x 13 pan. Dissolve jello in boiling water in a large bowl. Stir in sweetened milk, lemon juice, strawberries, and marshmallows. Fold in whipped cream. Pour over crust. Chill at least 2 hours.
