    Turkey Stuffing

    List of Ingredients




    1 roll sausage meat(Burns or Maple Leaf)
    1 French Loaf
    1/2 Rye Bread Loaf
    1 large onion
    sage 1 Tablespoon

    Recipe



    Break bread into pieces, remove crust.
    In an electric frying pan crumble sausage meat and cook(don't cook until dark brown) add onion and cook until clear(do not overcook)
    Wet the bread crusts and squeeze out the water. Break up and add to meat mixture.
    Dump into a large bowl and add bread pieces. Mix together, add sage(sprinkle) and mix with hands until well mixed. Line the bottom of bird cavity with foil. Stuff that sucker as full as you can. Also stuff the neck cavity.Close up with skewers and string bringing wings and legs tight against the body.(the birds, not yours)
    Cook 1/2 hour@400, reduce heat to 325. Cook until legs are loose. 5 hours for a 15lb. turkey. Have fun.
