If you like honey on your bread, you'll like this stuff.
List of Ingredients
1 Pound Non-Flavored Honey Creme -- Starter
10 Pounds Liquid Honey
Recipe
Put the 1 pound of starter and the 10 pounds of liquid Honey in a large Bowl. (Like the bowl of a Kitchen aid mixer)
Set the mixer on low speed and stir for 20 minutes.
While the mixer is stirring, put in flavoring if you wand the Honey Creme to be flavored.
After the mixer has mixed the Honey for 20 minutes let the honey sit over night.
Next day. Skim off the Froth. (Foam)
Put honey in containers, with a tight lid.
Put in refrigerator for 2 weeks.

NOTES : This recipe for Honey Creme can be cut in half or in quarters.
I recommend doing it in 2 1/2 pound batches and to use different flavorings for each batch.
