Start with Whipping cream at least one day old.
Use a small deep bowl if you're whipping a small amount.
Chill the bowl and the beaters. [for a quick chill, put into the freezer for a few minutes.]
Have the whipping cream at Refrigerator Temperature.
Don't leave the Whipping Cream while you are beating it. If you neglect it, it may begin to turn to butter.
