Recipe Introduction
This is without a doubt the very best Blue Cheese Dressing around. I would be extremely pleased if all the resaurants around here made it this way.
List of Ingredients
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 small wedge Blue cheese (2 ounce's) -- Crumbled or Grated
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Scant Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 Heaping Tablespoons Sour Cream -- 3 heaping tablespoons or 1/2 cup
Recipe
Put the blue cheese in with the Mayonnaise and mix them together.
Then put in the Garlic Powder and the Worchestershire sauce and mix them in.
Lastly, put in the sour cream and mix it all together.

NOTES : Be sure to put in a scant 1/2 teaspoon of worchestershire sauce. Too much will change the color of the dressing and also the taste.
Also use Mayonnaise NOT miricle whip, if you want it to turn out right. and I would suggest using Hellman's Mayonnaise, which I think is Best Foods in the West. As far as I'm concerned, Hellman's is hands down the best Mayonnaise.
