1 Tablespoon Olive oil
2 Large Red Onion -- Thinly Sliced
3 Tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons Red Wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Recipe
heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the onions and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring frequently.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or until onions are glazed; stiring continuously.
Yield: "1 cup"
