Tortillini Soup

List of Ingredients
4 Cups Chicken Broth -- Low sodium
1 Package 9 oz Tortillini, or Ravioli ( Cheese)
1 can 15 oz pinto beans -- rinsed and drained
1 can 14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes -- undrained
1 1/2 teaspoons dried Basil
1 Tablespoon Red Wine vinegar
Shredded Parmesan Cheese, for garnish -- optional
Coarsley Ground Black Pepper -- optional
Sprigs of fresh Basil for garnish -- optional
Recipe
In a large pot, bring broth to a boil. Stir in Pasta, (Tortillini or Ravioli.)
Reduce heat: Simmer, uncovered for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in Beans, Tomatoes, and Basil.
Simmer for 4 to 6 minutes or until pasta is tender, stir in vinegar.
Put into serving bowls. Sprinkle with Parmesan, Pepperif desired, and add a sprog of fresh Basil also if desired.
