Zucchini, Carrots, & Onions

List of Ingredients
5 medium Zucchini -- sliced 1/4" thick
4 mediun Carrots -- sliced 1/4" thick
1 medium Onion -- Diced
1 small green Pepper -- chopped Small
1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar -- optional
4 ounces fresh Mushrooms -- sliced
1 1/2 Tablespoons Olive oil -- for sauteing
Recipe
Heat Olive Oil in skillet. Start to saute the Carrots and onions, and garlic.
After 5 minutes add the Zucchini, and green pepper.
After another 2 minutes add the Mushrooms. and saute for about another 3 or 4 minutes or until the Vegetables are crisp - tender.
Add Balsamic Vinager if desired, stir in for another 30 seconds or so.
Serve Immediately.
