5 T anise seed, crushed
1 1/2 tsp fennel seed, crushed
1 1/2 tsp ground coriander
1 C honey
3 C 8o-proof brandy
Recipe
Combine the spices with the brandy and let steep for 2-3 weeks. Shake the jar occasionally and then strain the liquid through cloth several times. Add the honey and stir. Let stand until clear.
