Cara cara oranges are sweet and low in acid with hints of grapefruit and cherry. They add depth to
this citrusy, refreshing tequila cocktail.
Ingredients

yield: serves 1, active time 5 minutes, total time 5 minutes



List of Ingredients




1 1/2 ounces tequila
2 ounces freshly squeezed cara cara juice
1 ounce freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
1 teaspoon agave syrup
Soda
Cara cara orange twist


Recipe




1 Combine tequila, cara cara juice, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave syrup in a cocktail shaker.

2 Fill shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into a tequila glass or champagne flute and top with soda. Garnish with cara cara orange peel twist.
