8 sprigs fresh mint
powdered sugar
3/4 C white wine
1/3 C pineapple juice
1/4 C lime juice
1 1/2 T grenadine Recipe
Roll 2 sprigs of mint into a little powdered sugar.
Combine rum, pineapple juice, lime juice and grenadine.
Place 3 of the remaining mint sprigs in each of 2 highball glasses and bruise them with the back of a long handled spoon.
Fill both glasses with cracked ice and divide the mixture between the 2. Stir lightly. Garnish each glass with a sugared mint sprig.
