1/3 C cognac
3/4 C apricot liqueur
1/2 C fresh orange juice, strained
1/4 C pine apple juice
champagne
2 1-inch strips orange peelRecipe
Place enough cracked ice in a cocktail shaker to fill it fill it 2/3 full. Pour in the cognac, apricot liqueur, orange juice and pineapple juice. Cover and shake well. Strain half of mixture into each of 2 large chilled highball glasses. Add champagne to fill, stir briefly and serve with a twist of orange peel
