1 lemon wedge
2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons cracked pepper

3 ounces silver tequila
2 ounces passion fruit nectar or juice
3/4 ounce pomegranate juice
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
Recipe
Moisten the outer rim of a martini glass with the lemon wedge; mix the salt and pepper and coat the rim lightly with the mixture. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the remaining ingredients and shake well. Strain into the glass.
