    List of Ingredients


    • 2 ounces espresso instant coffee
    • 1 pint brandy
    • 1 vanilla bean, split in half
    • 4 C sugar
    • 2 1/2 C water


    Instructions


    1. Dissolve coffee in boiling water, add sugar. Cool.

    2. Cut vanilla bean in half and place each half in a 4/5 decanter. Age in cool place for 30 days.
