- 2 ounces espresso instant coffee
- 1 pint brandy
- 1 vanilla bean, split in half
- 4 C sugar
- 2 1/2 C water
Instructions
- Dissolve coffee in boiling water, add sugar. Cool.
- Cut vanilla bean in half and place each half in a 4/5 decanter. Age in cool place for 30 days.
