2 quarts elderberry blossoms, picked from stems
1 gallon water
3 lemons
3pounds sugar
2 T liquid yeastRecipe
Boil blossoms in the gallon of water and add remaining ingredients except yeast. Cool liquid and blossoms to lukewarm. Add the yeast. Stir.
Let stand 1 day and a night before bottling.
