1/2 pound peeled dandelion roots
Gallon of water
1 pound brown sugar
1 oz ginger
1 tsp dry yeast
Recipe
For every gallon of water use one half pound of the peeled roots. Boil well. Cool to luke warm and add one pound of brown sugar, one ounce of ginger and a teaspoon of good dry teast. Let ferment, covered for about ten days.
Bottle and tie down well or use soda bottles and cap them with a capper.
