Barbequed Chicken Drumettes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.


List of Ingredients




2 pound pkg drumettes
1 large can pineapple tidbits, drain and reserve liquid
1 C pineapple juice
6 T soy sauce
6 T vinegar
1 chicken bouillon cube
salt
2 T cornstarch
onion wedges
1-2 green bell peppers, cubed

Recipe



Place chicken and onions in a baking dish. Heat pineapple juice, soy sauce, vinegar, bouillon cube until bouillon dissolves. Add cornstarch and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Pour this over the chicken and onions.
Bake 45 minutes, covered.
Add pineapple cubes and bell peppers. Bake 15-20 minutes longer.
