Basic baked chicken wings cilantro pesto

- 1 C chopped cilantro
- 1 C chopped Italian flat leaf parsley
- 1/2 C oil
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/2 C chopped walnuts
- 1 T lime juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Place cilantro, parsley and oil in a blender. Pulse on high for about 30 seconds, until well chopped, but not pureed.
- Add rest of ingredients and pulse another 30 seconds or until fully incorporated.
- Pour into a bowl, add hot baked or grilled chicken wings.
