    Crab filling for celery

    List of Ingredients




    16oz pkg cream cheese
    1 sm can lump crab meat
    1 tblsp minced scallion, white only
    1 tblsp minced chives
    1 tblsp minced parsley
    1/4 tsp minced capers
    lemon salt, 2-3 grinds on the mill. see note
    green pepper corns, 3-6 grind on the pepper mill. see note
    3 tblsp milk, + more if neccessary

    Recipe



    Soften the cream cheese at room temperature, until easily blendable. Add the remaining ingredients and mix to a spreadable consistency, this will thicken some when chilled. Chill. Stuff into celery and rechill until serving time.

    Note; the spices I used where, Drogheria Alimentar brand from Italy. Any green peppers in a mill will do. Do not substitute lemon salt for the lemon and salt in the mill because it is a blend of dried lemon peel and coarse sea salt.
