    * 2 LBS cubed meat (Pork, Chicken or Lamb)
    * 1/2 Tsp salt
    * 1 Tbs Cumin
    * 1 Tsp Cilantro
    * 1 Tsp Turmeric
    * 4 Cloves Garlic, crushed or minced
    * 1/2 Tbs Curry powder
    * 1/2 Tsp Cayenne pepper
    * 1/2 Tsp Powdered Ginger
    * 1/2 Tsp Black pepper
    * 1/2 Tsp Onion powder
    * 1 Tbs Red vinegar
    * 2 Tbs Olive oil
    * Juice of 1 Lemon
    Recipe
    1. Mix all ingredients together and marinate for 24 to 48 hours.
    2. Fry in Olive oil. Enjoy!





    Seafood;


    Oysters Baked in Shells
    24 oysters
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1 T cold water
    1 C breadcrumbs
    butter
    Scrub the shells well. Beat the egg, season and add water. Dip the cleaned and seasoned oysters into the egg mixture, then into the crumbs. Return oysters to their shells and dot with butter. Bake at 450 degrees F. for 10 minutes.

    1 and one quarter pounds of shrimp, peel and devein
    kosher or sea salt
    1 C olive oil
    4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    pinch of red pepper flakes
    2-3 T minced fresh flat leaf parsley
    rustic bread
    Instructions
    Pat shrimp dry and sprinkle with salt.
    put olive oil and garlic in 10-11 inch heavy skillet over medium low heat. Cook the garlic in olive oil for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Add red pepper flakes and stir a few seconds.
    Add the shrimp and cook about 3 minutes or until they just begin to turn pink. Season to taste, add parsley and cook a few seconds. serve with the rustic bread to mop up all the juices.
    Final Comments
    You can also use clams or mushrooms.
