Crisp spring radishes, several kinds if you can find different types, sliced
unsalted butter
rustic sourdough bread
young tender fresh green onions, sliced
coarse sea saltRecipe
Arrange radishes, butter, bread and green onions on a wooden board and let each person make his or her own little sandwiches.
Spread some butter on a slice of bread, top with a radish and a sprinkle of coarse salt. Repeat using green onmion, butter and a sprinkle of salt.
