Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
List of Ingredients
6 medium potatoes
1/4 C melted butter
1 T soy sauce
Recipe
Bake the potatoes until tender, roughly 45 minutes-1 hour. Cool then cut in quarters lengthwise. Scoop pulp from skins, leaving about one eighth inch thickness. Use the pulp elsewhere.
Mix melted butter and soy sauce. Brush the skins all over. Bake, on a baking sheet, for 10-12 minutes.
Serve with coarse salt.
