9 slices bacon
9 chicken livers
9 water chestnuts
1/4 C soy sauce
1 T sugar
1/8 tsp ground gingerRecipe
Cut the bacon, livers and water chestnuts in half. Make a marinade of the remaining ingredients and marinate the above ingredients for 20 minutes.
Drain and wrap 1 liver and 1 water chestnut in a bacon half. Secure with a toothpick. Place in an 8x8x2 inch pan, on a wire rack. Bake at 450 degrees F. for 10-12 minutes
