List of Ingredients
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 pound pork sausage
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 1/4 C flour
- 1 beaten egg
- 8 ritz crackers
Instructions
- Combine the parsley and sausage and wrap around the eggs.
- Crush the crackers, Roll the eggs in flour, then beaten egg, then cracker crumbs.
- Bake at 375 degrees F. for 25-30 minutes. Serve hot or cool on a wire rack and serve cold.
- Will keep for up to one week in fridge.
