    List of Ingredients


    • 1 tsp dried parsley
    • 1/2 pound pork sausage
    • 4 hard boiled eggs
    • 1/4 C flour
    • 1 beaten egg
    • 8 ritz crackers


    Instructions


    1. Combine the parsley and sausage and wrap around the eggs.
    2. Crush the crackers, Roll the eggs in flour, then beaten egg, then cracker crumbs.
    3. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 25-30 minutes. Serve hot or cool on a wire rack and serve cold.
    4. Will keep for up to one week in fridge.
