    Tuiles-(pronounced Tweel). Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

    List of Ingredients




    On a grater, shred Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.

    Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Spoon 1 mounded teaspoon of cheese and flatten into a 2 inch round. Make a dozen tuiles with 1 inch space between. Bake 6 minutes or until they just begin to color. Remove from oven, wait a few seconds, then place each on a cooling rack.
    Shaping while still hot, drape them over the handle of suspended wooden spoons. Cool.
    Use as chips for dipping, or just eat as is.
