Chimichurri grilled Beef

List of Ingredients
Sauce;
2 garlic cloves
1 C italian parsley, loosely packed
1 C cilantro, loosely packed
1/2 C olive oil
1/2 C red wine
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)
1/2 tsp coarse salt
2 T capers, drained
Marinade;
2 T olive oil
2 T lime juice
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp smoked spanish paprika
1 tsp cracked black pepper
1 pound skirt steak or sirloin
Recipe
Prepare sauce. Pulse garlic in food processor. Add rest of ingredients and process until smooth.
Prepare marinade. Combine all ingredients. Rub marinade into beef. Chill several hours, turning once. (or overnight).
Grill beef to desired doneness. Serve with sauce.
