    Grill halved and pitted peaches, covered about 4-5 minutes per side to char and soften. Add torn arugula to a bowl and slice the peaches. Toss with a goat cheese and balsamic vinaigrette.

    Balsamic Vinaigrette:
    3 oz crumbled goat cheese
    4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 teaspoon salt (opt)
    1/4 teaspoon pepper (opt)

    Whisk dressing ingredients together and drizzle over peaches and arugula. (or mesclan)
