This makes enough for 1 chicken, 1 leg of lamb or 6 pork chops.
List of Ingredients
20 cloves of garlic, cut in pieces
2 T Garam Masala, or cajon seasoning
1 T sea or kosher salt
1/4 C olive oil
Recipe
In a small food processor, combine ingredients and puree to a paste. Spread the paste on meat and chill 1-2 hours. Scrape off the paste before grilling.
