    catnip, fennel, parsley, pennyroyal, peppermint, sage, sassafrass and tansey are all prepared the same as Oriental teas, Allowing 1/2 T herb for each cup of boiling water. Allow herb tea to steep in a warm place about 1/2 an hour.
