    • 1 pound chocolate, pulverized
    • rice flour
    • 1 oz arrowroot


    Instructions


    1. Put the chocolate in a storage container with an equal amount of rice flour and the arrowroot.
    2. To use, heat a quart of milk and stir in a heaping quart of the chocolate mix, dissolved in 5 ounces of hot water. Stir until it boils again.
    3. Add cream and sugar to taste.
