Smoothie, Delicious and healthy Green

Recipe Introduction
This is one variation of the green smoothie recipe I make. I have also used Turnip greens, Bok Choy greens, Dandelion, and chard. I have also varied the fruits, but mango definitely helps with the flavor and adds a lot of nutritional value. Strawberries and blueberries change the color from green to a brownish color. Still tasty!
List of Ingredients
2 cups cold water
1 cup chopped spinach
1 cup chopped kale
1 banana peeled
1 mango peeled and cored
1 apple, cored with peel
juice of 1 lemon
1/8 cup ground flax seed
Recipe
Makes 2 servings: Put water, spinach and kale in blender on High/smoothie setting and blend until well mixed. Add fruit one at a time and ground flax while continuing to blend. Blend until completely mixed up. If you like it cold you can add ice to replace 1 cup of the water. Serve immediately, or if you want to save for later, you can refrigerate. Blend again if it becomes thick.
