2 C flour
1 C hot water
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
3 1/2 T sugar
1 C All bran
1 egg
1 1/2 C milk


Recipe

Soak All bran in the hot water. Mix dry ingredients. Mix egg and milk. Add egg mixture to dry ingredients. Add All bran. Bake on hot griddle.
