Barley Pizza Dough

List of Ingredients
1 C hops yeast and/or 1 T+1 tsp yeast
1 C Whey from making cottage cheese
1 T+1 tsp salt
2 C barley from making beer
6 T oil
4-6 C unbleached flour
2 tsp soda
Recipe
Soak the yeast (if using) in the whey until foamy. Combine all and knead 15 minutes. Adding flour if necessary. Will be sticky like masking tape. Let rise 1/2 hour.
Roll out, add toppings and bake at 425 degrees F. for 25 -30 minutes (approximately).
