Make a starter of warm water, some salt, a teacup of dry cornflower yeast, a couple of tablespoon of butter and flour. Soak the yeast in the warm water mixture and let rise.
Knead it with as much flour as it will take for a soft dough. knead. Let rise again. Roll out and bake on a griddle.
