Loaf, yeast, Rye with Whey

Recipe Introduction
The whey is from making cheese, after you have removed the curds.
List of Ingredients
2 pkg yeast
2 1/3 C liquid whey
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/3 C molasses
1/3 C honey
2 T caraway
2 C unbleached hardwheat flour
2 C coarse rye flour
2 C dark rye flour
1/8 C cocoa
Recipe
Heat the whey, molasses, honey, cocoa, caraway and salt. Let cool and add yeast. Blend the flours and stir in to the liquid until it becomes to hard to do so. Knead the rest of the flour in. Let rise, punch down and let rise again. Shape into loaves. Either 2 loaf pans or make 2-4 small rounds and place the rounds on oiled cookie sheets, sprinkled with a little cornmeal.
Bake at 325 degrees F. for 45 minutes.
