    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
    Use any desired yeast roll dough. After the first rising, pinch off pieces of dough large enough to roll into cylinders 6 inches long, and about 3/8 inches in diameter. Tie a knot close to the end of of the strip, then pull the rest of the strip through the center of the knot. Repeat pulling through until dough is used up.
    Place on greased baking sheet and brush with melted butter. Rise until doubled. Bake at 425 degrees F. for 12-20 minutes. (depending on size).
