1/2 C cottage cheese
1 tsp salt
1 pinch sugar
2 1/2 T soft butter
2 C warm water
1 pkg yeast
2 T pressed garlic
4 T grated onion
5 C flour
Recipe
Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the water. Combine the cottage cheese, butter, garlic and onion. Stir the yeast mixture into the cheese mixture, add the salt and stir in enough flour until it becomes difficult to stir. Knead on a floured board using all the flour, depending on humidity, the flour used, (He used unbleached hardwheat), and other variables you may have to use more flour.
Let rise until doubled. Punch down and knead a little more. form into round loaves or place in bread pans, let rise and back for about 1 hour.
