    Biscuits, Green Olive

    Recipe Introduction

    You can make oat flour by grinding twice as much oats as the flour called for in the recipe. Simply put it in the blender on high and whirl until it is fairly fine. Reduce the amount of salt if desired, the olives are salty tasting.

    List of Ingredients

    1/4 C oat flour
    1/4 C barley flour
    1/2 C hardwheat flour
    1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
    4 T Rondelle or Aluete cheese spread
    1/4 C fat
    3/4 C green olive juice
    6-7 stuffed green olives, roughly chopped
    Feta Cheese

    Recipe

    Combine dry ingredients, Cut in fat, (Omit salt if using bacon or ham fat)Stir in the olive juice. Cut into desired shapes. Spread with a little of the Rondelle or Aluette cheese. Sprinkle with olives and feta cheese, press down slightly on tops to push the toppings into place. Let set for 15 minutes. Bake at 375 for 1/2 hour to 40 minutes.
