List of Ingredients
- 4 1/2 -5 C flour
- 2 T yeast
- 1 C milk
- 3/4 C water
- 1/2 C oil
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1 T salt
Instructions
- Stir 2 cups flour and yeast together. Heat milk, water, oil, sugar and salt until very warm.
- Add all at once to flour mixture. Beat until smooth, by hand, about 3 minutes. Add rest of flour to make a soft dough(1/2 cup at a time), let rest 10 minutes.
- Make balls and flatten on pan. Raise 1/2 hour. Bake 425 degrees F. for 12-15 minutes. cool. Cut in half horizontally
