    makes about 16.

    List of Ingredients

    2 C sifted flour
    2 tsp sugar
    1 tsp salt
    4 eggs
    2 C milk

    Recipe

    Combine dry ingredients. Combine eggs and milk. Beat liquid mixture into dry mixture until a thin smooth batter forms.

    Coat a crepe pan with cooking spray. Over medium-high heat, spoon 3 tablespoons batter into the pan and swirl so that the batter coats the bottom of the pan very thinly.

    Cook about 1 minute per side. Top with your favorite filling and roll up.
