List of Ingredients
1 1/2 C flour
1/2 C uncooked, rolled oats
1 T baking powder
1/4 C bacon fat or butter
3/4 C milk
Recipe
Combine dry ingredients. Cut fat in to texture of coarse cornmeal. Stir in milk. Knead lightly on floured suface. Cut into 2 inch rounds and let set 15 minutes. Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
