2 yeast cakes
1 C milk
3 1/2 C flour
2 T sugar
1 C butter
3 eggs, separated
Recipe
Dissolve yeast in warm milk.
Mix butter, flour and sugar as for pie dough.
Separate egg yolks, beat them and add them to the warm milk, then to the flour mixture. Let cool a bit.
Roll up and cut like cinnamon rolls. Let rise and bake them. Frost with a vanilla frosting.
Best when warm.
