List of Ingredients
1 pkg dry yeast
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 C warm water
Mix together and let stand 45 minutes.
Add;
2 C warm water
1/2 C sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C melted shortening
2 eggs
8-9 C flourRecipe
Knead down. Let stand until doubled then knead down again. Make into rolls (dinner or cinnamon)or into loaves of bread. Let rise and bake. Bread about 40 minutes at 375 degrees F., dinner rolls about 20 minutes at 450 degrees F., cinnamon rolls about 30 minutes at 350.
