Pancakes, Sourdough Buckwheat

List of Ingredients
1 3/4 C sour milk
1 C sourdough starter
5/8 C cream
1 1/8 C buckwheat pancake mix
5/8 C flour
2 eggs
1 T sugar
1 T bacon fat
1 tsp baking soda
Recipe
Mix the first 5 ingredients. Let set overnight. Combine with remaining ingredients. Let stand 10 minutes or more. Fry on lightly greased griddle. Use 2 T batter for each pancake.
Fry on one side until several bubbles burst. Turn and fry on the other side. Serve with raspberry syrup (or your choice).
