    Make a rising of warm water, a little salt, a teacup (6 oz) of cornmeal or corn flour dry yeast, 2 tablespoonfuls of butter and flour. Knead it with as much flour as it will take to make a soft dough, work it well. When risen mould it out and bake it half an hour.
