Recipe Introduction

You can use crushed crackers or potato chips in place of the bread crumbs if desired.

List of Ingredients

1 large egg
juice of 1/2 lemon
pinch of onion powder
flour
fine bread crumbs


Recipe

Mix the egg, lemon juice and onion powder. combine the flour and crumbs using half flour and half crumbs. Dip fillets into egg mixture, then roll in the bread crumb mixture. French fry the fish.
